		<description>Unbelievable, you&#039;d think logic would dictate that maybe when people still have driver&#039;s licenses after 5 DUIs (more than 3 is excessive)the laws would need altering, but logic seems to be traded with idealism more often than not with Harper&#039;s Conservatives.</description>
