It’s to be most fervently hoped that the protesters are not going to merely be pressing for their items to be added to the G20 agenda or to wreak havoc and undermine the peaceful protests – as one might expect of the socialiist coalitions and Black Bloc, the so-called ‘anarchists’. More snouts in the globalist trough, as it were.
The point that must be urgently addressed, the real issue, is that the G20 is an illegitimate institution and should be abolished. All Canadians should be aware of the threat to our economic sovereignty that such a global council poses. As the Supreme Soviet, the primary decision-making body of the global banking occupation, it exists to fulfill their dream of a micromanaged, controlled world economy under the guise of ‘free trade’. It is the vanguard of the world state, the One Ring to bind nations together in the same manner as the European Economic Community led to the EU – a goal to shove union down the throats of national populations that was roundly denied for over 50 years. Recent pronouncements of G20 principal actors have included the desire for a new global currency, increased capitalization and influence for the IMF, a global warming slush fund, and massive wealth redistribution in the service of centralized banking power and a “new world order” – a term that has been invoked by Gordon Brown, George Bush, Mark Carney, Baron David de Rothschild, various mainstream journalists, and countless others.
As a review of this site’s Economics archive should make clear, this is hardly debateable. The question is – how motivated are Canadians to alert friends and neighbours to the fact that an unaccountable global council is making decisions that will affect future generations, with no accountability to we the people, in whose name it is erecting a new system of global governance? We didn’t vote for this. And our national leaders have no moral authority to give away our sovereignty to institutions staffed by agents of the same banks whose fraudulent casino caused the crash (indeed every crash since the great depression) in the first place. And, right-wingers, you shouldn’t be fooled either. These aren’t economic conservatives. If you want to direct your ire at the radicals, you will find them inside the convention centre. We’ve got to get away from the television and pay attention to these issues, or will all be the poorer for it.

When the G20 comes to Toronto in June, it promises to bring not only the planet’s most powerful leaders and a cast of thousands but a slew of logistic and transit hassles in the city’s downtown core.
Subway lines and the underground PATH system pass through a security zone — an “interdiction” area — that will feature identification checkpoints and traffic diversion.
Baseball fans, as many as 40,000 of them, could have a difficult time getting to the June 26 game to see former Jay Roy Halladay pitch for the Philadelphia Phillies because of disruptions to local traffic, the TTC and GO Train service. The GO trains that run directly behind the convention centre will likely be halted at specific times during the two-day summit, depending on the whereabouts of heads of state.
RCMP Sergeant Michelle Paradis, a spokeswoman for the Integrated Security Unit, said none of these services will be shut down entirely due to G20 security, but it’s still not clear where there will be delays or rerouted traffic, and what aspects of the PATH will be closed — and when.
